Acrylic fixing agents

Acrylic fabrics at high temperature to finalize the design before the washing fastness is very good, but after high temperature treatment can seriously reduce the color fastness, perspiration fastness and watermarks with multiple fiber color fastness to only about 2 levels.

HT FINE CHEMICALS acrylic fixing agent can effectively improve the fastness of acrylic fabric and also have a good solid color for acrylic blends. Use this product without heat treatment, can prevent the acrylic in the high temperature exceeds the vitrification temperature is prone to the problem of crease, save gas and dyeing processing time.

Auxiliaries for acrylic: Acrylic fixing agents is a special surfactant and has no foam characteristics.

Use this product for color fixing, acrylic fiber dyeing without after soaping, only need to wash water, 60 ℃ with 20 minutes, enhance the water damage of acrylic fabric fastness, perspiration fastness and rubbing fastness.

Traditional soap washing or reducing cleaning require high temperature treatment, waste processing time and energy cost, while high temperature processing increases the problem of defects such as water creases. Use this product to deal with low temperature, save energy cost and time, provide better quality product.

After color fixing, only wash water together can undertake the next process. In order to save water, improve the efficiency of production, without the risk and trouble caused by the traditional reduction process.

Acrylic dyeing principle
Acrylic dyes with cationic dye. It has the advantages of bright color and good color fastness. Acrylic dyeing principle:
Acrylic - COOH + H + acrylic - COO - + H + + D + acrylic - COOD

D + is the principal of cationic dye. The acrylic dyeing is mainly a combination of salt and hydrogen and van der Waals forces.
