Quality Influencing Factors of Dye Sublimation Printing Technology
Ink Sublimation Printing ink is the key material of dye sublimation printing technology which is mainly composed by the disperse dyes, connecting materials, solvents and a few additives. The dye must have a good sublimation transferability and permeability to reach a certain fastness index. Molecular weight is 23O ~ 380 and sublimation temperature is 180 ℃ ~ 240 ℃.
