[Brief information]

Hydrophilic soft silicone oil & smooth silicone oil is an excellent high-grade soft hydrophilic finishing agent. At room temperature, it is quite stable in acidic and alkaline conditions; pH is not greater than 8, gives the fabric more soft, silky and full feeling, and has excellent hydrophilicity, and instant hydrophilic treatment for cotton fabrics.

--pH:  5.5-6.5

-- Strong electrolytes and shearing stable without silicone spots.

--Natural soft, smooth and non-greasy hand feels.

-- Excellent hydrophilicity that exactly solves the conflict of hand feelings, hydrophilicity and washing resistance.

--Suitable for various process and equipment with high flexibility.

--Suitable for various fibres, such cotton, T/C, CVC, etc, especially best performance to cotton.

--Excellent hydrophilicity that allows direct shade repair and avoids re-pollution during the repair.

--As the same price with flakes, but better than flake, it can achieve the effect of flake and original hydrophilic silicone oil.

 

[Application]

 

Dapping

Dosage:    50-100g/L  (the dosage can be adjusted according to customer’s requirement of hand feeling)

Dapping → Setting

The specific process requires the user to adjust the sample as appropriate

 

[Packing and storage]

-- Packing: 125kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage: Keep it under seal in cool and dry place,6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
