1. 6. There are many choice of solvents, besides isopropanol and butylcellosolve, which is commonly used,you can also choose the ether solvent, inodorous and environmentally friendly,as diethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, triethylene glycol and so on.

New Type Polyether Silicone Softener SR-183

This product is a new organic silicone polymer which is preparative by latest synthetic method, double modified functional groups, organic silicon combination technology SR-183D mainly use for artificial fiber (such as full polyester fabrics, nylon fabric, acrylic fabric, artificial wool, polar fleece, coral fleece, etc.). Compared with common amimo-modified silicone softeners, polyether silicone softener SR -183D have excellent soft, fluffy hand feeling.

Appearance: light color to yellow transparent liquid
PH value: 5-8 (1% solution 20°C)
Ionicity: weak cationic
Solubility: easily soluble in water
[Product features]
1. With soft, smooth, fluffy hand feel;
2. Has emulsifying property, ensure the dilute stability; completely solve the security problems such as the stick cylinder sticking;
3. Low yellowing, especial for white /pale color fabric;
4. Low dosage and low concentration can get the better smooth effect rather than common amino silicone oil.
[Application]
1. Padding: 20-50g/L , Cure at 120°C and set at 150 -180°C for 50 seconds.
2. Dipping: 2%-5%(o.w.f), 30-50°C × 20 -30 min, 100°C drying.
3. Specific process should be adjusted by testing.
It is high concentration product, can be dilute of cool water, dilution rate by silicone softener: water=1:9. First join silicone softener and a little water, then open agitator, stirring and add the half of water pour into kettle slowly. Agitator running ten minutes, then add the remaining water to the demand content, stirring ten minutes, can get a blue transparent to translucent emulsion, stop stirring, then got the qualified product.
Note: Do not add the water by one time, it should be have a self-emulsifying process, please follow this dilute method to dilute the product.
[Packaging and storage]
125 kg/polyethylene drum, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
