Quality issues in the pretreatment of textile fabric

Whiteness and poor hair efficiency problems

The poor whiteness includes the impure of whiteness, uneven whiteness, and wool effect less than 200px within 30 minutes, which is related to the quality of knitted fabric, such as lower-grade cotton content prone to cause poor whiteness, and of course, the most important is the process formulation and selection of textile auxiliaries, here to introduce some processing attentions:

(1) the amount of H2O2 and NaOH must be sufficient:
H2O2 not only plays a role of bleaching in pretreatment of textile fabric, but also has the function of detoying (including the cottonseed shell), the H2O2 quantity is insufficient (including decompose too fast), the whiteness cannot be guaranteed.  NaOH not only provides the base (pH) needed for H2O2 bleaching, but also works with the refined agent to maximize the clutter. The NaOH quantity is insufficient, and the miscellaneous is poor, and the wool effect cannot meet the requirements first. Of course, the white degree cannot meet the requirements, so the amount of H2O2 and NaOH is the primary factor to guarantee the whiteness and the wool effect.
 
(2) Selection of high-quality scouring agent:
Scouring agent purification, emulsification, dispersion, infiltration and other comprehensive effects must be excellent to ensure that impurities removed net, to ensure the whiteness and wool effect, but the market scouring agent quality is uneven, we must choose the comprehensive effect of excellent products and not only to measure the penetration and solid content, penetration is only a consideration.
 
(3) Peroxide stabilizer and sequestering agent:
These two kinds of auxiliaries are mainly to improve the essence, adsorption and complexation of the Fe3+ and other metal ions, to prevent the metal ions catalyzed H2O2 production of rapid decomposition, if H2O2 fast invalid decomposition, its whiteness, capillary effect can not reach the requirements, but also cause the fabric brittle damage or even broken holes. 

 The addition of sequestering agent not only chelate iron, and can also chelate a variety of impurities in the dispersed water, so that these impurities no longer stained with dirty fabric caused by white hair gray and other phenomena, so sequestering agent not only to consider its metal ions chelating force but also consider its dispersion.
 
(4) Process conditions:
Let the agent and impurities reaction is required a certain amount of time and temperature, if the conditions are not up, pigment and impurity removal, whiteness and Mao also can not be achieved.
 
(5) Washing:
Washing is very important after scouring and bleaching, to clean up the removal of impurities, and ensure whiteness and gross effect.
