Properties of Coated Textile Finishing Agents

Good permeability: The transmissivity of the silicone elastomer film to the nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide and other gasses in the air is 30-50 times higher than natural rubber at room temperature.
Good water repellency: After silicone coating, the fabric does has good water repellency without being waterproof treatment, and the uncoated layer can still maintain good moisture absorption.
Good weather resistance: Due to the structural characteristics of the silicone molecular with an inorganic polymer, the coating agent can be a long term used under the environment of 250-300°C, and minus 50-60 °C. Silicone elastomer also has excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation, radiation resistance, ozone resistance. It can be used in outdoor for 10 years.
Excellent mechanical properties: The tensile strength of silicone elastomer is about 100kg/cm at most, and the tensile strength and breaking strength of nylon fabric processed by coating finishing agent are significantly increased.

Release agent is a compound of polymeric organic acid with outstanding wetting, sequestering, dispersing and buffering, which is mainly used for pretreatment, mercerizing, alkali neutralization after dyeing.
【Main composition】Polymeric organic acid
【General properties】
Appearance: pale to yellow transparent liquid
pH: 2-3
Ionicity: anionic
Stability: stable to acid, alkali and electrolytes
【Product features】
Outstanding buffer without any direct effect to alkali, but only reactivity. Does not damage the fibre, but retains the good hand fells and elasticity.
Outstanding wetting and dispersibility which can completely decompose and neutralize the alkali inside the fibres. It can reduce subsequent alkali wash times that saves water. Easily controls the pH of the fabrics.
Acid releasing agent for textile chemical can avoids uneven dyeing as normal organic acid which achieves an outstanding leveling and better reproducibility.
Completely removes the white spots on the fabrics/yarns after reactive dye fixing with soda ash which helps a good leveling and bright shade.
When uses in cotton spandex elastic fabrics, prevents damage to the cotton fibres as excessive amount of other organic/inorganic acids, as well as prevents damage to the spandex fibres as alkalis, which help retain the fabric elasticity.
Reactive organic acid that has excellent neutralization to alkali without acid odour.
Outstanding sequestering to ions that avoids yellowing of fabrics during singeing or curing due to the iron ions.

High concentration product and can be diluted 1-2 times.
Padding: 0.5 – 0.8 g/L, water retention: 75 – 85%
Mercerizing: 1.5 – 4.0 g/L
Dipping: 0.2 – 0.3 g/L
Note: Release agent should avoid use with cationic surfactants in the same bath. Release agent is an acid substance. Please rinse the eyes with plenty of water if splashed into eyes.
【Packaging and storage】
125 kg/polyethylene drum, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
