Shearing Stable Silicone Softener HT-688



As a high-grade hydrophilic softening agent, Silicone softener HT – 688B is a three component copolymer of silicone oil modified with quaternary ammonium salt. It is especially suitable for use in jet machine for its outstanding stability to alkali and high temperature condition. Silicone softener HT – 688B can impart the fabric with soft, smooth, full hand, and good hydrophilic properties, the performance more than domestic similar products level.

Silicone softener HT – 688 is a high concentrated product, it should be diluted before applied to fabric’s post-treatment. It could be diluted with cold water, it is suggested the dilution ratio of silicone oil to water is around 1:9.

Procedures: add calculated Silicone softener HT – 688 to an agitator, then a small amount of water, switch on the power, add half of the residue water slowly during stirring, after running ten minutes, add the another half water and continuously stir for about ten minutes to get a transparent to translucent emulsion with blue light, stop stirring, filter and discharge.

Note: High concentrated product can be diluted 8-10 times.
1. Padding process:dosage 20-50 g/L, pre-dry at120℃, stenter at 150-180℃for 50s.
2. Exhaustion process:
dosage 2-5% (o.w.f), 30-50℃for 20-30min, dewatering, drying 100℃。

Super Soft Silicone Softener 3162


Suitable for various fabrics with super soft, smooth and silky hand feels. 
Dilutes light smooth agent silicone softener for cotton to standard product. Firstly adds it to reactor or stirring drum and starts stir, then adds water and stirs 10 – 15 minutes slowly while each water addition should be one tenth . Then the light smooth agent silicone softener liquid will be thick and keeps adding water and stirring until it can flow as normal water. Then add the leaving water to required concentration.

Concentrated Silicone Softener


1.High concentration product and can be diluted 3-4 times.
2.Excellent softening to cotton, linen, polyester, wool and other fibres.
3.Confers better smooth and soft hand feels to polyester fabrics.
4.Confers better soft and elastic hand feels to porous cotton fabrics.
5.Obvious soft performance to polyester fabrics at low dosage.

This product is a new organic silicone polymer which is preparative by latest synthetic method, double modified functional groups, organic silicon combination technology SR-183D mainly use for artificial fiber (such as full polyester fabrics, nylon fabric, acrylic fabric, artificial wool, polar fleece, coral fleece, etc.). Compared with common amimo-modified silicone softeners, SR -183D have excellent soft, fluffy hand feeling.

Silicone Softener Thickener


This product can increase the organic silicone emulsion viscosity, has sticky handfeeling. Manufacturers according to their requirements of the viscosity, adding an appropriate amount of thickener to the silicone oil emulsion, suggested usage is 0.5-1%. Stirring and join thickener to silicone oil emulsion, until transparent, to get the required viscosity.
