Oil Removing Agent 1123G/Oil Paint Remover






【Main composition】Various surfactant compounds
【General properties of oil stain removal】
Appearance: Pale translucent to transparent liquid
Ionicity: Nonionic
Solubility:            Easily soluble in water
Stability: Resisting acid, alkali, electrolytes and hard water.
【Product features】
1.Environmental various super emulsifier compound.
2.Excellent effects on removing oils & stains on nylon and spandex oil.
3.Excellent emulsification, dispersing and dissolution performance for yarn to prevent sizing and silicone spots from pretreatment.
4.Application available at low temperature that obvious improves pretreatment quality and efficiency.
【Application】
Mainly use in Nylon pretreatment process.
For oil removing:   1-3gL
For oil staining:    3-6g/L (When oil pollution is serious, can add 1-2 g/l sodium carbonate that can get better effect.

Strong oil removing agent mainly use in oil removal and refining of polyester, nylon and other fibre. Also in bath with dyeing .

HT-LA is a brand new textile pretreatment chemicals and dyeing which is free of formaldehyde, APEO, environment hormone, hazardous heavy metals and other carcinogens.

Appearance: pale transparent liquid
Ionicity: anionic/nonionic
pH: approx. 3 (original liquor)
Solubility: Easily soluble in normal water
【Product features】
1.Easy degradation that complies the environmental requirement of EU and US.
2.Suitable for jet dyeing machine and winch dyeing machine that has excellent retarding, migrating and leveling performance.
3.Prevents back-staining of oils with its outstanding oil removing performance, which improves shades to pure shades.
4.Shortens process that makes one time finishing pretreatment and dyeing.
5.Less foam than that of normal pretreatment auxiliaries that reduces fabric jam due to plenty of foam.
【Application】
High concentration product and can be diluted 4-6 times.
Disperse dyestuffs: X%
HT-LA: 0.5-3.0 g/L
Acetic acid: 0.5 g/L
Specific process should be adjusted by testing.

Spandex Oil Removing Agent 1034A

Ionicity: nonionic
Stability: stable to acid, alkali, electrolytes and hard water
Solubility: easily soluble in water
【Product features】
1.Excellent effects on removing oils and stains on fabrics.
2.Excellent emulsification, dispersing and dissolution performance to prevent sizing and silicone spots from pretreatment.
3.Application available at low temperature that obviously improves pretreatment quality and efficiency.
【Application】
Suitable for spandex pretreatment process:
For oil removing:     1-3gL
For oil staining:      3-6g/L
It is suggested to add 1-2 g/L of soda ash for better performance if oil stains were serious.
【Packaging and storage】
125 kg/polyethylene, keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
