  polyethylene wax emulsion is a soft finishing agent with special function in textile processing. Its main components are low molecular weight polyethylene (molecular weight of 1000 ~ 3000), which is also known as polyethylene wax.   Making proper oxidation of polyethylene wax under certain conditions and introducing a certain amount of carboxyl, hydroxyl and other oxygen-containing functional groups in the molecule will improve its hydrophilic, make it into stable emulsion and reduce the dosage of emulsifier.
